doing a bit better now.. but still in shock.

so i was sitting in my basement home alone (my parents are gone for the weekend) when i heard something. i paused the tv and listened. then, i heard a reallyyyy loud thump, and started having a panic attack. coincidentally, my sister called a few moments later so i picked up the phone. i told her what was happening, so she called her ex boyfriend who lives nearby. like two minutes later, he showed up at my house with a baseball bat and searched the entire place. the garage door was wide open when he got here, so anything could have happened. all i know is noises like that don’t just happen….
